- 1 cup Kabuli Channa / chickpeas
- oil
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2Â onions chopped finely
- 2Â tomatoes chopped finely
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp tumeric powder
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp chilly powder
- leaves corianderand lemon for garnishing
Instructions
- For Kabuli Chana in restaurant style, first, soak kabuli chana / chick peas overnight
- Take some oil in a cooker, Add the chopped onions, ginger and garlic paste and saute till onions turn transparent.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, stir in for sometime
- Add the turmeric, coriander, cumin, salt, garam masala, chilly powder and mix well
- Add Kabuli chana and water such that all the ingredients are properly soaked
- Pressure cook till ingredients are cooked
- Garnish Punjabi Chana masala in pressure cooker with coriander leaves
