Description
Fish kebab Recipe or Fish Kabab is a special dish which is used for parties, occasions or as a side dish. It is a special dish also called machi kabab or machli ke kabab. These are very much liked by children and occasions. Check how to make fish fish kebab at home.

- 1Â kg boiled fish
- 2Â large onions finely chopped
- 4Â potatoes cooked and mashed
- 4Â green chillies (finely choppped)
- few coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- 1Â inch piece of fresh root ginger (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- salt and pepper
- 4Â eggs beaten
- dry breadcrumbs for coating
- Oil for deep frying
- lemon wedges for garnishing
Instructions
- For Kabab Recipe / Machi kabab, first, remove the fish bones and mash the fish meat
- Mix in the onions and mashed potatoes
- Then add green chillies, coriander, ginger and chilli powder
- Add salt and pepper, according to taste
- Add 1 beaten egg to bind the mixture
- Divide the mixture in 8 pieces
- Roll into balls and flatten them to round shapes
- Deep these into beaten egg, and then coat them with breadcrumbs
- Deep fry them till both the sides are brown
- Garnish Fish Kebab or Machi Kabab with lemon wedges
