Description
Tomato Gazpacho Soup is a common soup recipe from Spain and used in India also. It is chilled before serving. It is good for summer days. The basic ingredient for this recipe is the ripe tomatos. And other vegetables and spices are added to this to get a better taste

- 4Â tomatoes ripe and juicy
- 1Â Capsicum finely chopped
- 1Â onion finely chopped
- 1Â cucumber finely chopped
- 1Â tomato finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp. red chilli garlic sauce
- 1/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Dip tomatoes in boiling hot water, cover and keep for 10 minutes.
- Drain tomatoes, peel carefully and chop coarsely.
- Add sauces, sugar, salt, 3 cups water and blend till smooth.
- Add all chopped veggies, chill for an hour before serving.
- Serve this Gazpacho soup chilled with warm garlic rolls or croutons.
