KOFTA BALLS
- 250Â gms Paneer (cottage cheese)
- 3 tbsp full flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3–4 green chillies
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
KOFTA CURRY
- 4Â large tomatoes pureed
- 4 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp shah jeera
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp coconut grated
- 2 tsp powdered poppy seeds
- 1/2 tsp crushed garlic
- 1/2 tsp crushed ginger
- 1Â medium onion
- 1/2 cup curd
- 100Â gms fresh cream
Instructions
KOFTA BALLS
- Grind all the ingredients of Koftas in mixer and make a thick dough
- Remove from mixer and shape dough into small koftas/balls of 1 inch size and deep fry on medium heat
KOFTA CURRY
- Fry ginger, garlic and onion. Add remaining ingredients except curd and cream. Cover and cook till ghee seperates
- Add beaten curd. Cook for a minute. Add koftas, thick cream and serve malai koftas curry hot.
