Description
Sweet and sour Cabbage is some special dish. A vinegar and soya sauce gives this cabbage dish a tangy flavor. Try our recipe it goes very well with bacon

- 1 large cabbage shredded
- 4 large firm red tomatoes choppe
- 2 carrots cut into 2 inchs long pieces
- 2 tbsp flour mixed in a little water
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce
- 1/2 cup oil
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in Kadhai. Fry the cabbage and carrots for five minutes . Remove the vegetable from the kadhai and keep aside covered
- Add tomatoes, chilli sauce, vinegar, cornflour, salt, soya sauce and sugar and stir briskly so that no lumps are formed. Allow to boil for half a minute
- Allow to boil for half a minute. Add all the fried vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve with roast meat
