Ingredients
- 1Â kg Pork (with bones gives better taste)
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 4Â Onions Medium Size finely Chopped
- 1/2 tsp tumeric powder
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 3 cups water
For Grinding
- 17Â kashmiri chillies
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tsp Jeera
- 1/2 tsp tumeric powder
- 1Â inch cinnamon stick
- 6Â Peppers
- 6Â cloves
- vinegar
Instructions
- Cut the pork to medium pieces and apply the ginger garlic paste and salt and keep aside for atleast 30 minutes
- Then make the grinding masala to fine powder and then add little vinegar with water and grind to fine paste and keep aside
- Now fry the chopped onions with oil till they are golden brown and then add tumeric powder fry another one minute
- Then add the grinded masala and fry for 2 minutes, and then add the marinated pork pieces and fry till the oil is seperated
- Then add the water and cook on low fire till the Goan Pork Vindaloo is completely ready
Notes
- This dish will be more tasty if served the next day as it gets better marinated.
