Sweet and sour Cabbage is some special dish. A vinegar and soya sauce gives this cabbage dish a tangy flavor. Try our recipe it goes very well with bacon
Ingredients

1 large cabbage shredded
4 large firm red tomatoes choppe
2 carrots cut into 2 inchs long pieces
2 tbsp flour mixed in a little water
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp Soya Sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1/2 cup oil
salt to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in Kadhai. Fry the cabbage and carrots for five minutes . Remove the vegetable from the kadhai and keep aside covered
Add tomatoes, chilli sauce, vinegar, cornflour, salt, soya sauce and sugar and stir briskly so that no lumps are formed. Allow to boil for half a minute
Allow to boil for half a minute. Add all the fried vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve with roast meat
