Ingredients
Scale
2 cups Rice (parboiled rice, washed and soaked overnight)
3/4 cup Grated Coconut
water
4 tbsp sugar
1 tsp Yeast
salt (as required)
Instructions
For Goan Steamed Rice Cake, first, drain the rice and grind finely with water
Then Grind the coconut finely.
Mix together rice, coconut, sugar, yeast
Keep it aside for 3 hours till the mixture level rises

Steamed the goan sannas with jaggery and coconut mixed, it resulted good. Best for festive occasions
